Cleaning of communal areas in block managed properties. This can be carried out daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Regular Inspections

Any cleaning of communal areas we are contracted to do is inspected on a regular basis to ensure that the cleaning is kept at a consistent standard.

Disposals

We are able to dispose of any larger unwanted items that may have been discarded by tenants or just dumped in the grounds of a block managed property.

Not only can we carry out cleaning but we are also able to tidy and maintain bin areas and litter pick to any surrounding grounds and car parking if required.

Grounds

We are able to provide a grass cutting service and if more extensive gardening needs are required then we have links with several gardening contractors to be able provide a more comprehensive service.

Regular cleaning of shops and offices. Cleaning outside of working hours as needed.

All aspects of cleaning undertaken from cleaning of specific areas to full daily site cleans where a dedicated manager is required.

Doctors & Dentist Surgeries.

Daily, bi-daily, weekly or as required. During or out of office hours. Full confidentiality on all sensitive information and all hygiene regulations adhered to.
